All products available on our store are 100% digital files (high-resolution digital art, calligraphy, or downloadable documents).
- NO physical items will be printed, packaged, or mailed to your physical address.
- Consequently, there are NO shipping fees or handling charges applied to any order.
2. Instant Download & Delivery Process
- Direct Download: Once your payment is successfully processed and confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page containing an Instant Download link to access your files immediately.
- Email Confirmation: Within 5 to 10 minutes of complete payment verification, an automated email containing the receipt and a secure download link will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
3. Delivery Failures & Technical Support
If you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes, or if you experience any technical difficulties downloading your files (such as corrupt links or file errors), please follow these steps:

- Ensure that your payment was successfully processed.
