1. Digital Product Policy (Non-Refundable)

Because our products are instant digital downloads, they are considered "used" after purchase and download. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the download link has been accessed or the files have been sent to your email address. By purchasing and initiating the download of our digital products, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun (in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive)

2. File Quality & Technical Support

Your satisfaction with our sacred art is essential. While we do not issue monetary refunds, we provide a 100% Quality Guarantee. We will issue a manual replacement or resolve the issue if:

Incorrect Order: You received a file that does not match your order confirmation.
Formatting Issues: You need a different standard digital format (e.g., PDF, JPG, PNG) for your printing needs.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders for digital downloads cannot be canceled once the payment is processed and the delivery link is issued. Please ensure you have reviewed your selection thoroughly before completing the checkout process.
